Sanctum is a movement experience that strengthens the body and expands the mind, where ancient rituals meet modern intensity. Through music-driven movement, breathing exercises, and collective presence, participants are guided beyond the boundaries of a traditional workout.

On May 16, we’ll gather at Hagastrand welcome summer under a new moon—to reflect deeply and awaken something within. A morning of movement, in collaboration with H&M Move, led by Sanctum founder Luuk Melisse. Afterward, there will be an opportunity to participate in a shared sauna experience—a ritual to set new intentions in harmony with the new moon.

Like a warm embrace, we invite you to enjoy sauna experiences inspired by deep traditions. The journey begins in the gentle warmth of the hammam with a cleansing sequence that prepares you for the next step. After a moment of stillness, you continue to the herbal sauna's nourishing infusions and essences that fill our senses and have the ability to strengthen, support, or calm the nervous system. After a moment of rest, you are invited to experience a more intense heat in the Nordic sauna, which is like exercise for both the blood vessels and the heart.
