Immerse yourself in the tranquility of summer and let the days unfold at their own pace by the sparkling waters of Brunnsviken. This summer, we’re opening our spa with unlimited access, so you can move freely between warmth, coolness, and serenity—from the first light of morning until late at night. 

Explore our spa areas, alternate between the gentle warmth of the sauna and the refreshing coolness of the Snow Room, take a dip in Brunnsviken, and experience the heart of the spa—our event sauna, where the sauna master leads a sensory ceremony of scent, light, sound, and warmth.

In between classes, summer is right outside. Rent a bike and ride through the greenery of Haga Park, go for a swim in Brunnsviken, or settle in at our outdoor restaurant, Eira a bite to eat and a drink in the sun.

After a day filled with light, activity, and relaxation, a good night’s sleep awaits in cool, comfortable rooms. The next morning begins with our generous breakfast buffet.

If you stay for several days, you’ll have plenty of time to really settle in. Long, light evenings, nature right outside your door, and downtown Stockholm just a few minutes away.

Please note: Admission to the SPA is for guests aged 16 and above.
