Through music-driven movement, conscious breathing, and shared energy, Sanctum creates powerful moments of trust, community, and transformation. The experience is designed for groups, teams, and organizations seeking a deeper and more physical form of connection—with each other and with themselves.

Focus Energizer is a condensed, high-intensity version of the Sanctum class. In 10–20 minutes, focus, creativity, and presence are reactivated—whether it's a Friday kickoff, a midday energy boost, or a dynamic stage experience during a conference.

The session is designed to quickly bring the group together, boost the energy in the room, and create shared momentum. Maximum impact in minimum time.

Up to 50 participants: SEK 550 per person
Up to 100 participants: SEK 450 per person
More than 100 participants: SEK 300 per person
